Childcare Volunteer
A childcare volunteer may work with children of any age, including newborns. These placements may include tasks such as leading activities, supervising independent study, feeding and bathing children or helping with daily chores necessary to met the children's needs.
Volunteers interested in devoting their time as a childcare volunteer should be responsible individuals with a positive, warm and friendly attitude who are enthusiastic and creative plus have the stamina to work and care for children of any age and enjoy doing so.
It is not mandatory for a childcare volunteer at these placements to have experience working with children, however, any childcare volunteering experience would be beneficial.
