The house services team provide an excellent meal plan that represents diverse meals that are common in Nepali homes. This is particularly important in Nepal as so many of the local customs regarding food are radically different from that to which most westerners are accustomed. By serving authentic food in an authentic setting, our staff can help our volunteers become comfortable with meal etiquette before making the transition to a homestay family..
