He does a great job of explaining each dish, where it comes from and where it is popular, as well as, how the dish is made. His enthusiasm makes for a fun and informative dinner table.
The house in Tanzania is awesome. It is a large house with gardens and a great view of the city. The other staff who work on the property work hard to maintain the house and yards and keep it looking beautiful.
